What are dynamic banners?
Dynamic banners are banner ads which display personalized products. We use the same technology that’s behind our product recommendations to create banners which display different content for every individual user.

This can help to get more traffic in at the top of your sales funnel, and can help to boost conversions when used for retargeting lower down in the funnel.
We make it easy to create great-looking dynamic banners. All you need to do is tell us how you’d like them to look and we’ll do the rest. We’ll provide the technology to include products which users have already viewed on your site, based on our powerful recommendation technology, and we’ll code the banners for you.
How do they work?
Just provide us with a design you’ve created in Photoshop (or a similar graphics program) and we’ll code the banner based on your specifications.

You’ve got complete freedom over the design of your banners and how you want to use them.
Can I choose which products the banners show?
Yes, you can also choose what marketing strategy you want to use for the dynamic products. You can choose between:
- Retargeting (showing products that users have viewed in your store)
- Abandoned cart (showing products that users have left behind in their carts)
- Up-selling after purchase
- Offers or discounted items
- General marketing (targeted products for particular customer segments)

Where can I use addwish banners?
Unless you want to display the banners on your own homepage you’ll need to partner with an ad-serving network. These networks will put your ads out on the net. You may also want to consider finding a DSP (Demand Side Platform). A DSP is a software or service which helps you to buy, serve and track your adverts on the web. A DSP makes it easy to control where and to who your ads get shown, based on your marketing priorities.
When working with a DSP you provide the banner along with information about your target customers and budget. The DSP then looks for and bids on advertising opportunities across various networks.
Are your banners compatible with all ad platforms?
Yes you can use them on any ad serving platform. They also work with all DSPs. We’re certified with Google 3PAS. This means that we meet all of Google’s technology requirements and specifications for showing banner ads on their network.
